摘 要
市场竞争的核心在人才,企业要在激烈的市场竞争中占有一席之地,形成自己的核心能力,就必须打造一支高素质的人才队伍,塑造企业特有的,不可复制的企业文化。素质拓展将挑战性和趣味性作为课程魅力的展示,以体验和参与作为培训的方式和载体,将无形的培训渗透在有形的体验之中,将培训内容融合于项目体验之中,扩展和延伸了企业员工综合素质培养的渠道,创新了企业员工的培训形式,也是对传统人力资源开发的补充和提升。由此,素质拓展培训的学习与研究对企业人力资源素质的拓展和潜力的开发具有十分重要的现实意义。
本文是在对素质拓展培训体系全面阐述的基础上,结合“人众人”培训教育集团的成功经验,同时根据笔者在平安保险公司、“圣丰”生物科技有限公司、工商银行等组织中担任拓展教练的实践经历得出的见解。本文首先界定了素质拓展培训的基本内涵,论证了构建企业素质拓展培训机制的必要性。其次,以“人众人”培训教育集团为例系统地分析和总结了素质拓展培训的优势。进而对各项素质拓展培训进行了实证分析与研究。最终得出了这样的结论:建立合理有效的培训体系,开展新颖独特的素质拓展培训是企业打造人才资本,塑造企业文化,提高企业核心竞争力的有效途径。

Abstract
The core of the talent competition, enterprises in the fierce competition in the market place, to form their own core competencies, we must build a high-quality personnel, create business-specific, not copy the corporate culture. Quality development will be challenging and interesting as the course attractive display, to experience and participate in the manner and as a training carrier, the training will be invisible infiltration into the tangible experience, training content will be integrated into the project experience, expanded and extended overall quality of staff training enterprise channels, innovative forms of training of the employees, but also to supplement traditional human resource development and upgrading. As a result, the quality of learning and research to expand the training of human resources for enterprise development and the quality of the development potential of great practical significance.
This article is in the quality of the training system development based on a comprehensive exposition, with "people people" successful experience in training and education group, while Ping An Insurance Company based on the author, "San Feng" Biological Technology Co., Ltd., Industrial and Commercial Bank as a development organization Coaching insights drawn from practice experience. This paper defines the basic content of the quality of development training, demonstration of the build quality of the enterprises need to expand training mechanisms. Secondly, the "people people" Training and Education Group as an example systematically analyzed and summarized the advantages of quality development training. And thus the quality of the development of an empirical analysis of training and research. Eventually come to this conclusion: the establishment of reasonable and effective training system and carry out new and unique enterprise to create quality development training human capital, to shape corporate culture and improve core competitiveness of enteiprises an effective way.
