我国中小企业财务管理与融资关系及对策研究
摘要：中小企业是国民经济的重要组成部分，改革开放以来我国中小企业获得了长足发展，对经济发展和社会稳定起着举足轻重的促进作用。在当前，中小企业的发展受到越来越多的因素影响与制约。财务管理的健全与否影响到企业的发展，但在其发展的过程中由于其产出规模小、资本不充足和领导者的管理素质不高，导致有些企业存在不重视财务管理，使得中小企业在财务管理方面存在着与自身发展和市场经济均不适应的情况。暴露出的这些问题，最终导致很多中小企业在资金链出现断裂的时候很进行融资。所以，我们为了更好的解决融资难的问题，从解决内部财务管理这些问题中入手。本文从企业的财务管理方面存在的问题导致企业融资造成困难的角度，提出解决的相应对策。

Abstract:Medium-sized and small enterprises is the national economy important component, since the reform and opening up our country small and medium-sized enterprise has obtained the considerable development, the economic development and social stability play a decisive role. At present, the development of small and medium-sized enterprises are more and more factors that influence and restrict. Financial management is sound or not to affect the development of enterprises, but in the course of its development because of its small size output, capital adequacy and leader in the management of quality is not high, resulting in some enterprises do not attach importance to the financial management, the small and medium enterprises in the financial management with regard to their own development and the market economy are not adapted to case. Of the problems exposed, eventually led to many small and medium enterprises in the fund chain break when very financing. Therefore, we in order to better solve the financing difficult problem, from solve these problems of internal financial management. This article from the enterprise financial management problems in enterprises' financing difficulties of angle, put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
