我国上市公司融资问题分析--以内蒙古伊利实业集团股份有限公司为例

摘要：市场经济是一种资金约束型经济，融资便成为企业考虑的头等大事，因而融资问题也就成为我国上市公司普遍面临的必须首先解决的现实问题。西方融资理论的企业融资的顺序为内部融资优于外部融资，外部融资中债权融资优于股权融资。而我国上市公司优先股权融资。本文根据中国上市公司的基本情况，以内蒙古伊利实业集团股份有限公司为例分析上市公司融资的问题，然后提出建议。希望能为上市公司在融资决策时，在节约成本，规避风险和完善治理几方面提供参考。
