对养老保险基金投资资本市场的思考

摘　要：由于我国人口老龄化的问题越来越严重，促使了我国的养老保险体系的改革，由原先的现收现付体制向部分积累制进行转变。然而在这个养老体系转型的过程中，我国养老保险基金将会面临一个巨大的资金缺口。因此需要对养老保险基金进行一个保值增值的投资，来解决此资金缺口的问题。将养老保险基金投资于资本市场将会成为解决我国养老保险体系转型时资金缺口的有效方法。

On pension fund investment of capital market

Abstract: As the aging of our population problem is getting worse, to promote the country's pension insurance system reform, from the original PAYG system to a part of the accumulation system to change.  However, the pension system in the process of transformation, our pension funds will face a huge funding gap.  Hence the need for a pension fund and increasing the value of the investment, to resolve the funding gap problem.  The pension fund to invest in capital markets will be resolved when the Chinese Pension System in Transition funding gap in an effective manner.
