摘 要:自保险个人代理制度引进以来,一直保持着强劲的发展势头。但是在这一制度引入后的十几年里,个人代理人制度的弊端也逐渐凸显出来:代理人素质不断下降、产能很低、流失率居高不下、风险加剧和诚信危机等。因此,为了继续保持中国寿险业的持续健康稳定发展,个人代理人制度的改革势在必行。本文拟从中国太平洋人寿保险有限公司代理人机制管理现状入手,分析代理人管理机制中存在的问题,提出解决代理人存在问题的具体方案,以促使公司积极提升人力资源的素质和能力。

Abstract: Personal agent system since the introduction of the insurance has been maintained strong development momentum. Management of an agent system, analyzes proxy management system problems, propose solutions to problems specific program an agent to promote the company to actively enhance the quality of human resources and capacity.
