饭店制度文化对员工行为影响的对比分析


摘要:饭店的制度文化作为饭店文化的一部分,是饭店文化的核心精神文化层面的具体载体,是控制、规范、影响、塑造员工行为的重要工具。从这个方面可以直观的看到整个饭店文化的管理氛围和经营理念。好的文化会激励、调动员工的积极性和能动性,为顾客提供周到的服务,相应的会提高饭店的市场竞争力。与此相反,不好的或者是不统一的饭店文化会对员工产生负面的影响。不但会束缚员工的思维和能力,还会混淆视听,给员工错误的引导,甚至会破坏改变员工的人生观和价值观。同样饭店的经营发展也会受到严重的阻碍。本文将典型的饭店制度文化归纳分类之后,然后将其对员工行为的影响对比分析,探讨出饭店文化是否会在经营管理员工行为产生负面的影响,而优秀的饭店文化是否能够对员工产生更加积极的影响,激发出员工的潜力。

Abstract:The hotel system culture as part of the culture of the hotel, the hotel culture core spiritual and cultural levels of specific carrier, is control, norms, influence, shaping the important tool of employee behavior. From this aspect can see visually the management of the whole hotel culture atmosphere and management idea.Good culture will inspire, mobilize the enthusiasm of the employees and initiative, providing better service for the customer, the corresponding will improve hotel market competitiveness. By contrast, bad or is not uniform hotel culture will have a negative impact on to employees. Not only can hamper the thinking and ability, employees will confuse matters, give employees the wrong guide, even would break change employee's outlook on life and values. Also the hotel business development will also suffered serious obstacles.This paper is typical of the hotel will be summarized after the institutional culture, and then the classification of employee behavior influence comparative analysis. Discusses whether the hotel culture in business management employee behavior produce negative influence, and excellent hotel culture of employees could produce more positive influence, to use its employees' talents.
