五台山导游服务存在的问题与对策

摘要：导游服务在旅游接待服务中发挥着核心作用, 被誉为旅游业的灵魂，在旅游业中占主体地位，是整个旅游服务的轴心。遗憾的是，导游服务一直存在很大的问题，跟不上时代发展的需求。特别是五台山作为四大佛教名山之首，五大佛教圣地之一，2009年又被列入世界文化遗产名录，成为庐山之后的第二处文化景观。但是五台山导游服务存在的问题发人深思。文章通过分析五台山导游服务现状，提出相应的对策，以改善五台山导游服务现状,使五台山的导游服务能走上健康发展的道路。

Wutai Mountain Guide Service Problems and Countermeasures
Abstract: Guide service in the tourism hospitality services play a central role, known as the soul of the tourism industry, dominant position in the tourism industry is the axis of the tourism services. Unfortunately, the tour guide service there has been a big problem, keep up with the times changes. Especially,Wutai Mountain in particular as the first four famous Buddhist mountains and one of the five Buddhist shrines, in 2009 and was inscribed on the World Heritage List as the second place after the Lu Mountain cultural landscape. However, there is a big problem with Wutai Mountain Guide Service. By analyzing the status of Mountain guide service, puts forward corresponding countermeasures to improve the status of Mountain guide service, Mountain guide service can make the healthy development of the road.
