德州市快捷酒店发展分析
摘要：近年来，快捷酒店顺应国内旅游市场发展的需要，作为旅游饭店业新的增长点而备受瞩目。始于2007年的德州快捷酒店迅速发展, 但在规模不断扩大的同时，德州的快捷酒店也暴露了管理松散、盲目经营、无序竞争等诸多问题。另一方面，随着德州大众旅游市场和现代商务市场的快速发展，普通消费群体对高性价比的旅游住宿设施的需求进一步增多。面对日趋激烈的市场竞争，德州市的快捷酒店该如何趋利避害、合理发展以更好地满足日益增长的市场需求，是本文的研究出发点。

Abstract:Acclimating the needs of the development of the domestic tourism market，budget hotels，as a new growth point in hospitality industry，have got a great deal of attention inrecent years．Budget hotels have experienced a blowout time in Dezhou especially after 2007. But with the continual scale expanding of budget hotels in Dezhou，many problems are exposed，such as laxmanagement、aimless operation、disorderly competition and so on．On the other side，with the rapid development of mass tourism and modem business markets of Dezhou，the general continual groups’demand for cost—effective tourism accommodation facilities is going to further increase．In face of increasingly fierce market competition，how would economy hotels in Dezhou seek advantages，avoid disadvantages and pursuereasonable development to meet the increasing market demand better， is the starting point ofthe study ofthis thesis．
