论非政府组织对人权保护的影响

[摘要]：近年来，非政府组织如雨后春笋，迅速发展；在国际政治舞台上异军突起，频频亮相，积极发挥作用，产生重大影响，值得关注。文章界定了非政府组织的含义，人权的定义，探析了非政府人权组织在维护和保障人权的作用，并对比了政府保护人权和非政府组织保护人权之间的不同。提出了目前非政府组织存在的问题及解决方式。

Abstract :In the recent years,non-governmental organization like mushrooms after rain,develops in a high speed;in the international political arena,it appears frequently,play an active role,have a significant impact and it worths our attention.The article elaborates the implication of the non-govermental organization and human right, probed non-governmental human rights organizations to maintain and safeguard human rights role, And compared the government protect human rights and non-governmental organizations of different between human rights protection .In the meaning time,the article analysises the reasons of impact and puts forward the problems exsting as well as its solution.
