论山东半岛蓝色经济区知识产权法律保护

 摘要：海洋蕴藏着大量人类发展不可或缺的资源，越来越多的沿海国家都把发展海洋提高到了战略的高度。随着《山东半岛蓝色经济区发展规划》纳入国家战略发展框架，必然对半岛蓝色经济区的知识产权法律保护工作提出更高的要求。在如此广阔的大环境下如何把知识产权法律保护提升到更高层次的水平上，是我们面临的一个新的课题。本文通过分析知识产权法律保护对山东半岛蓝色经济区的重要作用，以及山东半岛蓝色经济区知识产权法律保护的现状, 指出其存在的不足之处,进而提出完善山东半岛蓝色经济区知识产权法律保护的几点建议，以便促进半岛蓝色经济区健康有序的发展。

Legal Protection of Intellectual Property of Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone
   

    Abstract:The ocean contains lots of resources essential to human development,  more and more development of the marine coastal countries have increased to a strategic level. With the "Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone Development Plan" into the national strategic development framework,, tthe inevitable economic zone blue peninsula intellectual property rights and higher requirements. Environment in such a broad legal protection of intellectual property on how to raise the level to the next level, we face a new topic. This paper analyzes the important role of the legal protection of intellectual property to the Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone, and the Shandong Peninsula blue Economic zone status of the legal protection of intellectual property rights, pointing out the inadequacies of its existence, and then presents a few pieces of advice to consummate the lgegal protection of intellectual property to Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone in order to promote the peninsula healthy and orderly development of blue economic zone.
