中美商务谈判中的非言语交际的对比研究


ABSTRACT

The successful transnational trade activities cannot be achieved without business negotiations, and those between China and the United States are to be attached sufficient importance to, because Sino-US economic cooperation is now becoming an important incentive in pushing forward the globalization process and economic prosperity. Since international business negotiations take place between different nations, it is very essential to understand different cultural environments and consider cultural differences in all facets of business affairs.
The thesis presents a comprehensive analysis and contractive study of nonverbal communication, culture and business negotiation. Nonverbal communication, like verbal communication, is an essential part of the overall human communication process. Besides, culture has always been the most active element in the process of negotiation. Focusing on Chinese and American cultures, this thesis attempts to study business negotiations from the angle of nonverbal communication in business negotiations, and to explore the differences of nonverbal modes in terms of the distinct cultures between these two nations.

中文摘要

跨国贸易的顺利进行必然要通过商务谈判,而中国与美国间的国际商务谈判应当引起足够的重视,因为中美经贸合作现已成为推动全球一体化进程的重要力量。国际商务谈判是跨国界发生的活动,了解各国不同的文化环境、考虑商业活动中的文化差异是十分重要的。
本文围绕非言语交际、文化和商务谈判这三大因素,进行了全面的、综合的分析与比较。和语言交际一样,非语言交际是人类交流过程中一个重要的组成部分。同时,文化因素一直以来都是影响商务谈判过程的最为活跃的因素之一。本文从一个特殊的角度,即中美非语言交际的角度,来研究中美商务谈判,同时探讨中美两国由于文化的不同而引起的非语言交际的不同。
