简论检警一体化与我国检警关系的改善

摘  要：检警一体化逐渐成为刑事诉讼理论研究热点的同时，渐有学者提倡检警一体化已成为世界刑事诉讼的必然发展趋势。然而笔者认为，检警一体化固然存在着一定的优点，作为一种制度，完全的纳入我国的司法体制改革当中来改善我国的检警关系，确值三思。改善我国的检警关系的重点在于更好地完善检察机关的监督职能，把法律规定通过制度设计落实到实践中。

Police On the integration and China's improved relations between police and prosecutors

 
Abstracts:　Nowadays, when the concept of integrating police and procurator become the hot spot in theory of criminal procedure, more and more scholar advocate it is the inexorable trend. But the writer thinks the integrating police and procurator cannot bring into our country to improve relationship between police and procurator completely. To keep pace with the proposed reform in criminal proceedings in present China, it is strongly advised that the relationship between police and procurator be properly coordinated and the investigation supervision reasonably consolidated.
