论广告活动中的不正当竞争行为


摘  要:随着社会主义市场经济体制的不断发展和完善,以及经济全球化进程的加快和媒体技术的迅速发展,广告作为生产和消费的中介,在市场经济中扮演着越来越重要的角色。但是,目前广告所具有的开拓市场、促进消费、信息传播的积极作用还不能完全正确发挥,广告活动中的不正当竞争行为也表现得日益突出,损害了广大经营者、消费者的合法权益,扰乱了社会主义市场经济秩序。本文通过分析各类广告主体在广告活动中的不正当竞争行为及产生的原因,结合工作实际提出了应对广告市场中不正当竞争行为的对策。

On the campaign of unfair competition
 
Abstract: With the socialist market economy system developing and being improved continuously and the acceleration of economic globalization and the rapid development of media technology, advertising which is an intermediary of production and consumption , is playing an increasingly important role in market economy. However, current ad having the positive functions of exploring market, promoting consumption and information dissemination are not entirely played correctly, unfair competition in advertising acts have become increasingly prominent, and damage legitimate rights of majority operators and interests of consumers and disrupt the socialist market economy order. This paper analyzes the main types of unfair competition in advertising and the causes, combing with actual work, proposes measures that deal with unfair competition in the ad market.
