大学生被害原因分析

摘  要：大学生是接受过大学教育的社会中的特殊群体，是社会新技术、新思想的前沿群体、国家培养的高级专门人才。由于大学生身处的学校、家庭和社会特殊环境和个人因素，越来越多的刑事被害案件发生在大学生身上，大学生被害人和潜在被害人越来越多，这不仅严重损害了大学生这一群体的身心健康和成长，而且与高等学校人才培养目标格格不入。多年来，人们对犯罪人研究在不断深入，但忽略了对刑事被害现象的探讨。德国刑法学家李斯特曾说过：“无论对个人还是社会，预防犯罪行为的发生要比处罚已经发生的犯罪行为更有价值，更为重要。”如何预防和减少大学生被害，增强他们的防范意识，成为我国刑事预防的热点和关键。本文以“被害人为本位”，着重分析和研究在校大学生成为刑事犯罪被害人的因素和规律并介绍被害预防途径，以减少或克服大学生的犯罪被害性，促使潜在被害人或已然被害人发现并消除自身存在的易被害因素,以防止自己被害或再度被害，实现有效预防和遏制大学生犯罪并创建平安和谐校园的目标。
