关于降低库存风险订货方式的研究

摘要

库存管理是企业管理的一项重要功能，它不仅直接影响企业流动资金的周转，而且在满足顾客服务方面也起着至关重要的作用。随着市场经济的不断发展，库存管理被赋予了更多的内涵和功能，一直受到理论界和实业界的普遍关注。库存管理的任务就是要最大限度地提高系统的服务水平，降低库存总成本，增强企业市场竞争力。
本文论述了库存控制的基本理论，介绍了常见的定性预测方法及定量预测方法、常用订货方式，采用Excel建立了库存-订货模型，通过分析历史销售数据确定销售趋近函数，利用Excel函数产生符合正态分布的随机销售量，基于EOQ求取最优订货周期、订货批量和最佳订货点。对改善库存管理进行思考，提出一些对企业有建设性意义的管理策略，对于企业具有一定的参考价值。

The Research on the Order Method of reducing the inventory risk
ABSTRACT

Inventory management is an important management function, it’s not only directly affect the flow of liquidity, but also in meeting customer service plays a vital role. With the continuous development of market economy, inventory management is given more meaning and function of theory and the business community has been widespread concern. Inventory management task is to maximize the service level, reduce the total cost of inventory, enhance market competitiveness.
This article discusses the basic theory of inventory control, introduces common methods of qualitative and quantitative forecasting methods forecasting, ordering methods used by Excel to establish a stock - order model, by analyzing historical sales data to determine the function of sales approach, the use of Excel functions that meet normal distribution of random sales, based on the EOQ to strike the optimal order cycle, order quantity and optimal reorder point. Thinking to improve inventory management, some constructive sense of enterprise management strategy.It has a certain reference value for the enterprise.
