浅析民营企业二次创业

摘  要

进入21世纪，民营企业在我国经济发展中将发挥巨大的作用，但在当今快速发展的社会和激烈的竞争中，依靠以前传统简单的经营模式是无法长期生存下去的，因此民营企业面临着进行二次创业的艰巨任务，能否成功地进行改革，对民营企业的发展有着极其重要的意义。在这篇文章中，我首先从民营企业二次创业的发展现状和背景出发，说明民营企业现状及背景，并解释其内涵和特点；然后对民营企业二次创业面临的机遇和挑战进行分析，分别从入世，国家法律法规的调整和产业结构的调整等三方面进行说明；最后，我将从民营企业的人力资源、融资、管理升级和产权制度等方面进行探讨，提出这几方面存在的问题和相应的解决对策，希望从中能够得到一些启发，对民营企业的二次创业有一些帮助。

Abstract

Enters the 21st century, the privately operated enterprise will play the huge role in our country economy development, but in thesociety and keen competition which now develop fast, it is unable to get the long-term survival only depend upon beforehand traditional simple management pattern, therefore the privately operated enterprise will be facing the arduous duty which carries on two time starts an undertaking, whether successfully carries on the reform, has the extremely vital significance to the privately operated enterprise's development. In this article, first I started from the development form and the background which two time starts an undertaking of the privately operated enterprise embark, explained the privately operated enterprise present situation and the background, and explain its connotation and the characteristic; Then analysed the opportunity and the challenge of two time starts anundertaking to the privately operated enterprise that they have to face with, carries on the explanation separately from three aspects of enters the WTO, the national law laws and regulations adjustment and the industrial structure adjustment and so on; Finally, I discussed from privately operated enterprise's human resources, financing, management promotion and property right system, proposed the existence question and the corresponding solution countermeasure, hoping obtain some inspirations, and do some help for two time will starts an undertaking to the privately operated enterprise.
