电子商务企业知识共享机制研究

随着知识经济的兴起，知识管理在现代企业运营中发挥着越来越重要的作用，作为知识管理的关键环节，知识共享尤其重要。然而，在现代企业中，知识共享却遇到了许多障碍，严重影响了在企业中的实施。因此，在分析电子商务企业知识共享中存在的各种障碍的基础上，本文通过对电子商务企业内部知识共享机制的构建进行了较为系统的研究，有针对性地探索促进知识共享的对策，试图为电子商务企业知识共享的理论和实践提供一些参考和有用的建议。论文分为三部分：第一部分对电子商务企业知识共享理论进行了概述，解释了知识共享和知识共享机制等理论问题；第二部分对知识共享的障碍因素进行了系统的分类研究；第三部分从技术层面探讨如何构建电子商务企业内部知识共享机制。最后结束语对全文的工作进行了总结，并指出研究的不足和需要继续研究的问题。

Abstract
 with the development of knowledge-based economic, knowledge-based management has more and more important impact on modern enterprise management. Being the key sector of knowledge-based management, knowledge sharing is particularly important. But in modern enterprises, knowledge sharing has met with obstacles, which restrain the application of knowledge-based management to enterprises. Therefore on the basis of analyzing all kinds of obstacles in E-Commerce Enterprises knowledge sharing, this paper has offered systematic research how to build up the knowledge sharing mechanism inside E-Commerce Enterprises, put forward corresponding countermeasures promoting knowledge sharing，and try to proposed some reference and suggestion knowledge sharing inside E-Commerce Enterprises with theories and practical studies. The thesis is divided into three sections. In the first section,some basic issues related to knowledge sharing in E-Commerce Enterprises are discussed, to explain what is the meaning and types of knowledge sharing and the mechanism of knowledge sharing, and so on. In the second part, the obstacle factors of knowledge sharing are systematic classified and analyzed. In the third part, the author discusses in details how to construct the knowledge sharing mechanism inside E-Commerce Enterprises from the knowledge sharing technologies. Finally, the author makes a summary of the whole thesis and points out the deficiencies and some issues to be discussed later.
