我国网络团购模式研究

随着网上购物越来越得到人们的青睐,团购方式也逐渐被网络化,成为新兴的网络购买模式。从传统的模式发展起步,网络化给团购带来了新的业务形式和新的内涵。网络团购在国外由来已久,我国从基本的消费者自发性团购,到今天的专业化网络团购电子商务平台的出现,发展十分迅速。
在网络团购高速发展的过程中,也存在了不少问题。然而学术界对于网络团购的研究仍在起步阶段,未能深入讨论团购模式的利弊。本文试从分析网络团购的现状开始,到企业现场调研网络团购的流程,逐步探究这种新兴模式的内容,就网络团购的一些问题提出可行的改进方案和建议。

ABSTRACT
As online purchasing wins more and more popularity and preference, the original traditional Group-Buying is gradually networked and turns into the virtual team procurement (VTP) models. Developing from the traditional model, networking has brought to group-buying novel business areas and new connotation. Though online group-buying has long existed oversea, in China it has experienced a fast development and has evolved from the consumers' primary spontaneously-formed group-buying to the nowadays' professional electronic commerce platform for group-buying.
Problems arise in the speedy development of VTP. Yet in-depth analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of VTP still remains insufficient due to its beginning academic study phase. This essay attempts to explore the content of the innovative business model and make pragmatic suggestions on problems concerning it, by commencing with the analysis of the status quote of group-buying and by performing filed study of group-buying procedures in enterprises.
