湖南省高校社会体育专业学生的就业制约因素及对策探讨

摘 要
根据湖南省社会体育专业学生的就业情况不是很理想，并且近几年来毕业生的就业率都呈下降趋势，为了能提高湖南省社会体育专业学生的就业率与就业质量，本文运用了文献资料法、问卷调查法、数据统计法、逻辑分析法等研究方法对湖南省11所设置了社会体育专业的院校进行调查与研究。研究结果表明，湖南省社会体育人才需求与高校社会体育人才培养无法对接；湖南省各高校社会体育专业的目标定位与实际相脱节；环境因素；自身因素等制约因素都影响着社会体育毕业生的就业，找出其原因为社会体育专业的毕业生在择业、就业时提供理性的参考依据，并为我省教育制度和措施提出相应的对策与建议。

Discussing about the students' employment constraints and countermeasures in professional sports community in Hunan University

   Abstract
   According to the Hunan Provincial social sports students'unideal employment situation ,and the employment rate of graduates in recent years shows downward trend.In order to improve the professional sports community students' employment rate and the quality of employment in Hunan .In this paper, 11 in Hunan Province set up a community of professional sports have been investiged and researched with literature, surveys, statistics, logic analysis ways and other research methods.The results show that the demand for sports talents in Hunan Province and the community college sports community can not dock personnel training and the professional sports community targeting out of touch with reality in Hunan University .What'more, the environmental factors ,their own constraints are  affecting the employment of graduates of community sports.Here find out the reasons to provide a rational basis for careers, employment for the community of graduates in professional sports.Meanwhile ,providing the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the education system and measures in our province .
