影响湖南省部分高校高水平运动队发展的主要因素研究

摘 要
本课题采用文献资料、问卷调查、访谈等研究方法，对湖南省内的中南大学、湖南大学、湖南师范大学、湘潭大学、湘南学院、长沙理工大学、国防科学技术大学、株洲工学院等八所高校的运动队发展现状进行了调查研究。重点探讨影响湖南省高校高水平运动队发展的主要因素，研究结果表明：高水平运动员学习和训练存在矛盾；训练的时间、强度、密度和竞赛数量没有达到理想数据；训练经费紧张只有5.26%的数据认为经费满足；在运动员的生源选拔上没有一套完整合理的方案，针对存在的问题提出了相关对策。

Study the major factor of university top level Sports Team of  Hunan Province

Abstract 
    By using documents, questionnaires and interviews, this paper does a research on the present developmental situation of Central South University, Hunan University, Hunan Normal University, Xiangtan University, College of Southern Hunan, Changsha Polytechnic University, National Defense Science, Technology University, and Zhuzhou Institute of Technology in Hunan province. Focusing on the main factors that affect the development of the high-level sport teams of colleges in Hunan province, the research shows that there are conflicts between college student athletes’ studies and training, the time and times for training and the times for marches are not satisfied, the money for training is not enough, only 5.26% having been met, there isn’t a complete and rational proposal for the selection of athletes. This thesis puts forward the related strategies for solving those problems.
