xx城区跆拳道运动的现状调查与分析
摘 要
跆拳道运动项目自1994年在湖南开展以来，发展迅速，呈现出蓬勃发展的趋势。湖南与其他省市同步开展跆拳道运动项目，但竞技水平却于其他强省市还存在一定的差距。本文通过对怀化市鹤城区跆拳道运动项目发展现状的调查，详细的分析制约怀化市鹤城区跆拳道运动项目发展的主要因素，揭示怀化市鹤城区跆拳道运动项目发展过程中存在的主要问题，从而湖南跆拳道运动发展提供参考依据。
本文通过对怀化市鹤城区11个道馆的教练员和学员调查、分析，分别得出以下结论：1.怀化市鹤城区跆拳道运动项目近几年呈现快速发展的趋势，基础力量雄厚，但竞技水平发展缓慢。2.怀化市鹤城区跆拳道运动发展迅速，市场管理有待进一步提高。3.怀化市鹤城区跆拳道教练员队伍建设落后。4.怀化市鹤城区跆拳道业余体育训练队运动员来源主要来自道馆，并以大、中、小学生为主。5.怀化市鹤城区跆拳道运动市场化趋势较为明显，缺乏系统的跆拳道人才后备力量的培养体系。6.训练工作与科研工作脱节，需加大科研投入。

Abstract
Taekwondo projects since 1994 in Hunan since its rapid development, showing a growing trend. Hunan and other provinces and cities synchronized with the taekwondo sports, but the level of competition is strong in other provinces there is still a gap. Crane City Huaihua City Taekwondo rapid development, market management to be further improved. 3. Huaihua City Crane City Taekwondo coaches behind the building of the contingent. 4. Crane Huaihua City Amateur Sports City Taekwondo athletes training teams from the major sources of Museum Road, and the large, mainly students. 5. Crane City Huaihua City Taekwondo market trend more obvious, the absence of systematic Taekwondo reserve forces personnel training system. 6. Training and research work detached from the need to increase research and development investments.
