河南省电力变压器市场分析—以豫北市场为例

摘要：近年来，我国电力需求增长迅速，电网的高速建设和投资拉动了输变电设备的市场需求。庞大的电力建设资金给变压器行业(包括变压器、互感器、电抗器、组件制造厂)带来了机遇和挑战，促使变压器行业得到了快速发展。随着电网改造工程的深入，电网升级速度的加快，我国变压器生产仍将保持较快增速，预计到2015年，我国变压器产量将超过20亿千伏安。本文主要以河南省豫北地区为例，利用波特五力分析模型，对本公司产品的市场占有率，竞争能力，以及销售人员如何打入市场等提供导向信息。

Abstract：In recent years, our country electric power demand is growing rapidly, power grid of high-speed construction and investment to boosting power transmission and transformation equipment market demand. The huge power construction funds to transformer industry (Including transformer, transformer, reactor, component factory) brought the opportunity and the challenge to the booming transformer industry. Along with the network reconstruction project of thorough, the power grid upgrading to speed up, and our country transformer production will still maintained a fast growth, it is estimated that by 2015, China will be more than 2 billion kav transformer production. This paper mainly in north henan province as an example, the use of potter five competitive forces model analysis, our products market share, competition ability, and sales personnel how to enter the market and provide guidance information.
