地方政府在公共危机中对群众的思想政治教育
                        ——以湖南湘西融资事件为例

摘　要
地方政府思想政治教育能力的高低是衡量当地政府管理水平高低的一个重要标准。当前中国处于现代化的转型期，危机事件时有发生，地方政府加强思想政治教育工作，促进思想政治教育建设，已经成为一项重要的国家政治工程。文章以2008年9月湘西吉首爆发的融资事件为例，探讨地方政府在思想政治教育中暴露出的诸多问题，并试图为地方政府思想政治教育寻找相关对策。

In Public Crisis the Local Government to
the Masses’ the Ideological and Political Education
——Financing events of the western Hunan for a case
Abstract
 It is an important standard, to measure the level of the ability of the local government , that the ability of the Ideological and political education of local government .Now, China is in modern transition, the crisis incidents, it has become an important national political project that local government strengthen ideological and political education, and promote the construction of the ideological and political education.It takes outbreaks of financing events in JiShou on September 2008 as an example, discussing problems of the local government exposed in the ideological and political education, and trying to search for related countermeasures of ideological and political education for the local government.
