基于公司治理角度的财务治理研究

摘要：财务治理作为公司治理的核心，必须建立在一定的公司治理基础上，公司治理理论自然成为财务治理的基础理论。公司治理和财务治理已经成为学术界广泛关注的重要研究项目，强化公司治理和财务治理对于提升股东价值和规范企业运作具有极其重要的理论和现实意义。
本文研究的重点在于公司治理的核心——财务治理，从公司治理与财务治理两者的概念界定入手，介绍公司治理和财务治理两者之间的密切关系和不同之处。通过对国内外相关文献综述的回顾和分析，以上海石开灯光音响设备有限公司的财务治理活动为现实依据，采用理论和案例分析法，在公司治理的基础上探讨公司治理与财务治理的关系以及财务治理理论与现状所存在的问题，并提出研究结论和政策建议。

The study of financial governance based on the corporate governance

Abstract：As the core of corporate governance, financial governance must be established on the basis of certain corporate governance, corporate governance theory has naturally become the basis of theory of financial governance. Corporate governance and financial governance has become academia widespread concern in important research projects, and strengthen corporate governance and financial governance has an extremely important theoretical and practical significance for enhancing shareholder value and standardize the operation of enterprises.
