中美企业文化的对比研究

摘要:民族文化是影响企业文化的重要因素之一。一定的企业文化总是一定民族文化的体现。由于企业文化是企业经过时间长河积累起来的习惯，是一个国家的微观组织文化，也是这个国家民族文化的组成部分。作为一种亚文化，企业文化代表着企业的价值观、信念和行为准则。毫无疑问，企业的价值观不仅与企业家有意识地在企业内部长期灌输、推行的企业经营理念有关，还在相当程度上受本国或本民族传统文化的影响，企业文化无不带有本民族文化的色彩或痕迹。由于中美文化中不同的价值观念，造就了中美不同的企业文化特点。本文将主要分析中美两国的企业文化，并进行初步的对比研究。美国企业文化体现了美国人的个人主义, 创新意识, 实用主义，自由和平等思想；中国企业文化则体现了集体主义，但却缺乏企业精神，并存在着一定的弊端，比如忽略顾客的需求，对顾客的服务不到位，产品质量低下等。本文将分析美国企业文化对我国企业文化的影响，并提出发展我国企业文化的策略。本文旨在帮助人们深入的了解中美两国的企业文化，从而促进我国企业文化的发展。

A Comparative Study of the US and Chinese Corporate Cultures

Abstract

The national culture is one of the important factors that influence the corporate culture. A certain kind of corporate culture is always the reflection of the national culture. The corporate culture is the custom which is accumulated over a long period of time. It is the microcosmic culture of the country, and is also part of the national culture. Because of the different values in different countries, different characteristics of corporate culture are formed. As a sub-culture, it represents the value, faith, and codes of conduct of the country. The author holds that the differences in corporate cultures are actually a window to pry about cultural differences in China and the USA. This paper mainly analyzes the Chinese and American corporate culture. The American corporate culture embodies American’s individualism, innovation consciousness, pragmatism, freedom, and equality. The Chinese corporate culture embodies Chinese people’s collectivism but it lacks the enterprising spirit and has some defects, such as ignoring the customers’ demands, imperfect service-providing for customers, and low product quality and etc. Besides, this paper also analyzes the influence of the American corporate culture on the Chinese corporate culture and proposes some strategies to develop our country’s corporate culture.
