酒店财务管理的探讨

摘  要
    随着经济的发展，我国第三产业服务业越来越占据重要的地位。酒店及餐饮业也迅速发展，人们生活水平不断提高，消费能力也在随之上升，民以食为天，所以酒店餐饮业即面临着机遇又面临着巨大的挑战。在目前物价不断上升的情况下，如何才能够经营好，既满足人们的需求有能够获得较好的效益。影响酒店发展的因素很多，但其中最重要的因素是财务管理方面存在的问题，因为财务管理是事业单位的核心问题。目前的酒店财务管理存在着很多问题和缺陷，文章阐述了酒店财务管理出现的问题并加以分析，从中了解问题出现在哪些地方，针对这些问题提出解决方案，希望能为酒店财务l管理指出正确的发展方向，从而是酒店能够健康持续经营发展。

Abstract
With the development of economy, China's third industry services more and occupies an important position. Hotels and catering industry is also developing rapidly, people living standard rise ceaselessly, consumption ability becomes more, therefore in the hotel restaurant, so that faces opportunities and facing enormous challenges. In the present prices rising circumstances, how to manage well, not only satisfy people's needs are can achieve good benefits. Many factors influence the development of the hotel, but one of the most important factor is the financial management of the problems because of financial management is the core issue of institutions. The current hotel finance management exist many problems and defects, the article elaborates the hotel finance management issues and analyed understands what problem is in place, is proposed to solve these problems solution, the hope can the finance management point out the correct development direction, which is the hotel can healthy and sustained business development.
