中小企业并购风险与防范对策研究

摘    要
中小企业在国民经济发展中扮演着越来越重要的角色，是新经济的主力军，但多数中小企业面对国内外企业的挑战，仅靠内部资金积累是不足以取得发展优势的，而并购作为快速扩展的途径，对中小企业意义重大。
有鉴于此，对中小企业并购风险进行研究。首先，阐述了并购风险的相关理论；然后深入分析了中小企业并购风险及成因；最后针对风险及成因提出了有针对性的防范对策，以期为指导中小企业并购实践提供有益参考，帮助中小企业科学的提开其竞争能力。
