上市公司业绩与股票价格的实证研究

摘 要：股票是证券市场上重要的金融产品，也是投资者重要的投资对象，因此对于影响股票价格的涨跌因素是投资者最为关注的情况，对于基本了解上市公司的业绩和财务状况也是投资的前提。本文将通过2004年和2003年浙江省和陕西省上市公司数据进行研究分析，运用简单价格模型和简单收益模型进行数据处理分析，得出结论。本文研究表明：浙江省和陕西省的上市公司业绩与股票价格存在显著的相关性。

Empirical Study on the performance and stock price of regional listed companies

Abstract: With the simple price model and return model approach，this paper has undertaken the research and analysis on the data of listed companies in zhejiang and shanxi provinces in 2003 and 2004，and drawn a conclusion. The results indicated that there exists a significant correlation between the performance and stock price of those listed companies in zhejiang and shanxi province.
