  摘要:自20世纪90年代初期以来,商品经济的浪潮风起云涌,物质资料生产的规模逐渐扩大,广大民众的消费欲望随之增长,人们占有的物质资源越来越丰富。在对物质条件的相对满足之后,大众并不满足于简单停留在物质的积累和占有上,开始追求精神生活的满足,娱乐成为了商业诉求在精神上的体现。同时,随着中国加入WTO,全球化浪潮的冲击和境外传媒资本的进入,给得原本相对封闭的电视市场在政策上提供了许多开放的信号,现代生活的快节奏、同质化,信息的大量轰炸,使得受众更趋向于接受形象化、表层化的东西。电视娱乐节目的风行不可避免把低俗化、同质化作为电视娱乐低层次的副产品摆在了大众面前,它的娱乐性和平民性得到了前所未有的展现,这是电视娱乐化的时代。
在经济变迁的大背景下,在电视台制播节目转型时期,电视娱乐节目成为了电视媒体收视的最大热点。电视娱乐节目正是以制造形象为主要的表现形式,以程式化和近于俗套的表演和脸谱化的形象把生活作为快餐式的片断提供给受众享受。受众不必深究形象的深刻含义,只要能在形象中得到快乐,即“过把瘾”就行。在观众享受日益简单方便的电视娱乐同时,也不由自主地品尝到低俗化泛娱乐化现象所带来的苦果。有人为电视娱乐节目形式千篇一律或者大同小异而发愁。
如何正视电视娱乐节目的地位和作用,并放大其积极的作用,限制和消除其不利的影响,是当前广大电视娱乐节目从业者需要考虑的首要问题。当然这里面也多少有出台限娱令的原因。我们就一并来进行讨论研究。

   HOW DID THE ENTERTAINMENT PROGRAM DEAL WITH THE LIMITED ENTERTAINMENT POLICY

Relative to meet the material conditions, the public is not satisfied with a simple stay in the accumulation of substances and the possession and began to pursue the spiritual life meet, entertainment has become the commercial demands of the spiritual manifestation .With China's accession to the WTO and the impact of globalization and capital of foreign media to enter,bring to the already relatively closed many open signal TV market in the policy, the fast pace of modern life, the homogenization ,the heavyi nformation bombing, making the audience more inclined to accept the visualization and the surface of things. popularity of the television entertainment Inevitably let vulgarization and the homogenization become a by-product of low-level TV entertainment was placed in front of the public , it's entertaining and civilians has been an unprecedented show, this is the era of television entertainment. 
 In the backdrop of the economic changes, in the transition period of television production and broadcast programs, TV entertainment has become the biggest hot spots for television ratings. Television entertainment is precisely in order to create the image of the main forms of performance, programmable and close to conventional performance and stereotype image of life as a fast-food-style pieces to the audience to enjoy. The audience do not have to go into the profound meaning of the image and just get the happiness from the image , just as"Falls in" . In the audience to enjoy the increasingly easy TV entertainment involuntarily enjoy inflicting the vulgarization of the Pan-entertainment phenomenon.
   How to Correct view of the the status and role of television entertainment, and to enlarge its positive role, to limit and eliminate their adverse effects is the majority of TV entertainment practitioners need to consider the most important issue. Of course, there is also the number of order the introduction of limited entertainment. We are together to discuss research.
