幼儿合作意识与能力的培养2

摘  要
合作是幼儿未来发展，适应社会、立足社会的不可或缺的重要因素。重就当前情况来看幼儿间缺乏合作的意识和能力,从小培养幼儿的合作意识和合作能力是非常要的。教师在培养幼儿的合作意识方面应该为幼儿树立合作的榜样；同时加强培养幼儿的合作意识；在学习和生活中引导幼儿逐步掌握合作的方法；教师对幼儿的合作行为要及时地进行鼓励。

Abstract

The cooperation will be the baby future develops, the adaption society, will base society's indispensable important attribute. Again on the current situation looked between the baby lacks the cooperation consciousness and the ability, raises baby's cooperation to realize and to cooperate the ability is since childhood extremely wants. The teacher is raising baby's cooperation consciousness aspect to be supposed to set up the cooperation for the baby the example; Simultaneously strengthens raises baby's cooperation consciousness; Guides the baby in the study and the life gradually to grasp the cooperation the method; The teacher must promptly carry on the encouragement to baby's cooperation behavior.
