导致小学生学习障碍的非智力因素及其教学对策的研究


摘  要
学习者学习的能力包括智力因素和非智力因素两大部分。智力因素主要指观察力、记忆力、理解力、想象力和思维力等;非智力因素主要指动机、兴趣、情感、意志和人格等心理因素。智力因素在成人的学习中起主要作用,而在校学生的学习过程中非智力因素却具有决定性的作用。可见,在小学教学中,教师应当充分重视非智力因素,努力运用和开发非智力因素,尽量避免因为非智力因素而造成学生学习的障碍,从而提高学生的学习水平。

Abstract
Learners of factors including intellectual capacity and non-intelligence factors two parts. Intelligence main factors pointed observation, memory, understanding, imagination and thinking, and so on; Non-intelligence factors mainly refers motives, interests, Emotion, will and personality and other psychological factors. Intellectual factors in adult learning to play a major role, school students in the learning process of non-intellectual factors do play a decisive role. Visibility at the primary school teaching, teachers should pay adequate attention to non-intelligence factors, and strive to use and the development of non-intelligence factors, try to avoid because of the non-intelligence factors caused the barriers to student learning, thereby improving student learning.
