新课程理念下小学班主任的工作研究
摘 要
在新的课程理念下，教师是专业发展的主体，教师的反思与合作是专业发展的核心机制。在这个教师队伍中，作为新世纪的小学班主任，则肩负着培养适应本世纪所需要的各种人才的重任。因此，必须发扬“与时俱进”精神，认真学习、掌握和运用新课程所倡导的教学理念，去转变教学态度，改变教学方法，给自己定好位，去适应这场变革，并用新的理念指导教育教学实践。

Abstract
Under new course idea, the teacher is that the main body that special field develops , the teacher self-examination and the core cooperating to be that special field develops are machine-made. In this teaching body, heavy responsibility being the new century elementary school class adviser , being to be taking on the talented person training various needed by the century adapting to capital, "Advance with time " a spirit therefore , must develop, learning from , knowing teaching idea proposed by new course well and wielding carefully , go to change teaching attitude , to change teaching method, finishing fixing for self , go to adapt to this field transform, use new idea to guide the practice educating teaching together.
