小学教师问题行为的成因与对策


摘  要
小学教师作为小学教育教学的专业人员,承担着教书育人,培养社会主义事业建设者和接班人的使命,肩负着提高全民族综合素质的历史重任,小学教师的整体素质关系到我国基础教育的实施。因此小学教师的问题行为逐渐成为人们研究的焦点。小学教师的问题行为是一个很广泛的范畴。本文主要分析了小学教师课堂教学问题行为和小学教师心理问题行为的原因,并对这些问题行为提出了一定的对策。不管是小学教师问题行为产生的原因还是应采取的措施都是复杂多样的,我们必须认真寻找原因根源和实施必要的预防措施,才能促进社会的发展与进步。同时小学教师的问题行为严重影响了教育质量,为了提高教学质量,我们也必须呼吁全社会加强对小学教师的问题行为的彻底改进。

Abstract

Whether the primary teachers of the causes or the measures to be taken are complex and diverse, We must seriously look for the reasons and causes of the implementation of the necessary preventive measures, to promote social development and progress. Meanwhile the problem of primary school teachers have seriously affected the quality of education, To improve the quality of teaching, we must also appeal to the whole society to strengthen the primary teachers of the radically improved.
