论幼儿教师提问的艺术摘 要
教师对幼儿进行的课堂提问既是促进师生交流的基本手段,检查课堂教学效果的重要方式,也是启发幼儿思维,帮助其获得知识,锻炼能力的有效方法之一。[1]然而,由于部分教师在提问时仍然存在着诸如提问不切实际,随意、简单、笼统等一系列的问题与不足,从而也导致了一些不良教学后果的发生,未能使课堂提问发挥其应有的作用。为此,文中提出相关的对策与解决方案,如教师在提出问题方面要注意符合幼儿的年龄;提出的问题要突出重点、难点,具有目的性,问题要形式多样,语言要有趣味性,以及表述要明确,用词要贴切等。其最终的目的在于改善幼儿教育教学的效果,促进幼儿教师提问艺术水平的提高。

Abstract
Teacher the classroom inquiry which carries on to the baby not only is promotes the essential method which the teachers and students exchange, the inspection classroom instruction effect important way, also inspires the baby thought, helps it to obtain the knowledge, one of exercise ability effective methods. [1]However, because partial teachers in inquiry time still exists such as inquires impractically, at will, simple, general and so on a series of questions and insufficiency, thus has also caused some not good teaching consequence occurrence, has not been able to cause the function which the classroom inquiry displays its should have. Therefore, in the article proposes the correlation countermeasure and the solution, if the teacher was proposing the question aspect needs to pay attention conforms to baby's age; Proposed the question wants the target key points, the difficulty, has the sense of purpose, the question must various formats, the language must have the interest, as well as the indication must be explicit, the word usage wants and so on appropriately. Its final goal lies in improves the pre-school education teaching the effect, promotes the baby teacher to inquire the artistic level the enhancement.
