后金融危机时代企业跨国并购问题研究

摘    要
金融危机带给全球的噩梦还在持续，中国在此次危机中表现优异，但随着后金融危机时代的到来，世界经济格局将从此发生改变。如今，跨国并购已成为企业实施其国际化战略的主要手段，以强化市场地位、获得资源、提高效率、寻求战略性资源等为目的的跨国并购已成为全球竞争激烈化的高度体现，越来越多的跨国公司把并购作为进入全球市场、扩大竞争优势的一种主要战略。
有鉴于此，对后金融危机时代企业跨国并购的现状及动因展开研究，并提出了相应的跨国并购对策，旨在为后金融危机时代企业进行跨国并购实践提供有益参考。

Post-crisis Era of Corporate Cross-border Mergers and Acquisitions
Abstract
Bring the global financial crisis,the nightmare continues,China's outstanding performance in this crisis,but with the post-crisis era,the world economy will change from.Today,the implementation of cross-border mergers and acquisitions have become their primary means of international strategy to strengthen the market position,access to resources, improve efficiency,to seek strategic resources for the purpose of cross-border mergers and acquisitions has become a global competition of high expression,more as more multinational companies enter the global market mergers and acquisitions,to expand a major strategic competitive advantage.
In view of this,the post-crisis era,and the status of cross-border mergers and acquisitions to commence the study motivation,and the corresponding cross-border mergers and acquisitions strategies,aimed at the post-crisis era of corporate cross-border mergers and acquisitions practice,provide a useful reference.
