高新技术企业融资问题研究

摘    要
为了确保国家科技战略目标的实现，当前迫切需要正视高新技术企业发展中存在的问题，尤其是当前尚未建立起与高新技术企业发展阶段相适应的融资机制和融资体系，因此，尽快构建基于生命周期的高新技术企业融资体系，对于高新技术产业的发展至关重要。
有鉴于此，首先阐述了高新技术企业和企业融资的内涵以及西方现代企业融资的相关理论；其次，在企业生命周期理论基础上，探讨了高新技术企业不同发展阶段的资金需求和风险特征以及融资方式；再次，分析现阶段高新技术企业融资的现状和存在的主要问题；最后，提出了构建高新技术企业融资体系的路径选择。

Abstract
   In order to ensure that the national science and technology strategy goal the realization, the urgent need to face up to the country's hi-tech enterprise development, especially the problems existing in the current has not yet set up high and new technology enterprise development stage adaptation of the financing mechanism and financing system, therefore, as soon as the life cycle of building based on high and new technology enterprise financing system, for the development of China's high-tech industries is very important.
    This paper expounds the high and new technology enterprise and enterprise financing and the connotation of the western modern enterprise financing related theory; Secondly, in the enterprise life cycle theory basis, it probes into the high and new technology enterprise in different development stages of the capital demand and risk characteristics and the financing way; Again, my analysis of the present stage high and new technology enterprise financing the current situation and existing problems; Finally, put forward the construction of high-tech enterprise financing system path choose.
