摘    要
小企业与大企业一样，是现代经济不可缺少的组成部分，其在扩大就业、活跃市场、增加收入、稳定社会以及形成合理的国民经济结构等方面发挥着难以替代的作用。
世界上经济发展转型成功的国家无不对中小企业的发展高度重视，建立了较为完善的融资体系以及解决中小企业发展中资金的融资问题。阻碍我国中小企业发展的一个严重的问题就是与国有大型企业相比，中小企业所面临的融资困境，目前我国中小企业在其发展过程中普遍面临着融资难的问题。能否有效解决中小企业融资这一问题，关系着国计民生能否持续高速地发展。
在综合分析中小企业基本理论的基础上，分别从企业自身内部因素和金融、政府外部因素，以内外结合对我国中小企业融资现状及成因进行了分析，并提出了适合我国国情的中小企业融资困境的解决方法。

Abstract
Small and medium-sized enterprises with larger enterprises, an indispensable component of modern economy, the market and expand employment and income, stable society and a reasonable economic structure has played a role. it is difficult to replace.
The world economic development and transformation in the country attach great importance to the development of smes, to build a more comprehensive financing system and the sme development fund for financing. Impede our development of smes is a serious problem with large state-owned enterprises, smes are faced with financing difficulties at present, our smes in the development process is facing difficult financing problem. effectively solve the problem of small and medium enterprises financing, as a whole will continue to develop high-speed guo ji min sheng.
This comprehensive analysis of smes in the basic theoretical basis from enterprises, its internal and external factors, the financial, the government and integrated with sme financing of our status quo and causes was analysed and made for our reference to small and medium-sized enterprises financing of the solution.
