企业财务危机防范与控制研究
摘    要
财务管理是企业管理的中枢和基石，企业的一切经营管理工作都应该以财务管理为中心。财务管理的主要目的就是通过投资决策、筹资决策和股利决策使股东财富最大化。而任何决策都是面向未来的，都会有或多或少的风险。因此，预防和化解企业财务危机，以及如何发现财务管理中出现的危机并采取必要的控制措施化解财务危机，以保证企业生产经营的正常运行，就显得尤为重要。
本文通过对财务危机涵义的诠释，对财务危机内外部影响特征以及对财务危机预警理论的系统深入地研究，为正确界定企业财务危机明确了概念范围；从经营风险、财务风险、战略管理的角度，全面分析了企业财务危机在企业日常经营管理中常见的一些预兆；并在此基础上提出了财务危机的预兆方法，建立相应的危机控制系统。从观念、方法、环境等全方位的提出了防范和化解企业财务危机的措施，对于保持企业健康、稳定、快速的发展，具有极为重要的现实意义。

Abstract
   Financial management is the backbone and foundation of business management, business operation and management of all financial management should be in the center. The main purpose of financial management is through investment decisions, financing decisions and dividend policy to maximize shareholder wealth. And any decisions are for the future, there will be more or less risk. Thus, corporate financial crisis prevention and resolution, and how to find the financial management of the crisis and to take necessary control measures to resolve the financial crisis, to ensure the normal operation of production and operation, it becomes particularly important.
   Based on the interpretation of the meaning of the financial crisis, the financial crisis on the characteristics of inside and outside of the theory of financial crisis early warning system of in-depth research, to correctly define the concept of enterprise financial crisis made clear the range; from the business risk, financial risk, strategic management point of view , a comprehensive analysis of enterprise financial crisis in the daily management of the enterprise some common warning; and on this basis, a harbinger of financial crisis put forward approach, to establish appropriate risk control systems. From the concepts, methods, and environment presented a full range of corporate finance to prevent and defuse the crisis, to maintain the business healthy, stable and rapid development.
