企业核心人才留住策略研究


摘  要
在当今激烈的市场竞争时代,企业的生存和发展都离不开人才。人才释放出最大的才能,是企业取得并维持竞争优势的关键。企业核心人才的流失,威胁着企业的长远发展。本文结合相关文献主要研究了核心人才流失的现状、原因和留住核心人才的对策,通过对国营企业和民营企业的核心人才流失现状分析,发现其在以下方面对企业有重大影响,如运营成本方面、商业机密方面、声誉方面等。在对一些典型案例分析后,总结出企业核心人才流失的主要原因有社会宏观环境因素,人才本身的素养因素以及企业本身的文化制度因素等。针对这些原因,结合前人的相关研究成果,分类整理出了应对核心人才流失的对策,如建设和谐企业文化,实行科学的绩效考评、完善薪酬制度等。因此,核心人才的流失应该引起所有企业的重视,只有将核心人才团队的管理提升到企业战略发展的高度,才能有效的保持其核心团队的稳定和可持续性。

ABSTRACT
In today's era of fierce competition in the market, business survival and development are inseparable from the human resources. Before the release of the greatest talents, is the company to obtain and maintain a key competitive advantage. Core loss of talent, threatening long-term development. This paper mainly studied the relevant literature the status of the brain drain, causes and measures to retain key talent. By the author of state-owned enterprises and private enterprises in the core of the brain drain situation analysis, we found in the following areas have a significant impact on the business, such as: operating costs, business secrets, reputation, and so on; Some typical cases in the analysis, summarized the main reason for the loss of core personnel are: social macro environmental factors, the quality factors of its own personnel as well as their cultural system factors; I for these reasons, combined with previous research results, sorting out the core of the Brain Drain response, such as: building a harmonious corporate culture, a scientific performance evaluation to improve the salary system. The author believes that the core of the brain drain should attract the attention of all businesses, only the core team of management personnel to the corporate strategy to enhance the development of high performance in order to maintain its stability and sustainability of the core team.
