出国游学学生文化休克现象调查研究
摘要:本文首先大致介绍文化休克概念,表现症状,经历阶段等基本理论;然后结合近年来本校(浙江科技学院)开展的出国游学或交换生项目,利用问卷和访谈的形式,对参加该项目的学生进行调查研究,根据其在异国文化中所遭受的文化冲击所表现出来的症状,结合相关理论和U曲线假设,对不同学生所经历的文化休克现象差异进行对比,并从各个角度深入分析造成这些差异的影响因素;再根据游学学生在应对文化休克时所采取的不同措施及效果,进一步寻求减缓此种现象的有效途径及应对策略;最后提出这一现象的存在与难以避免,使得学生对此现象有着正确的认识与了解。

Abstract: This paper first briefly elaborates some basic theories about the explanations, symptoms and stages of culture shock; then the author employs the forms of both questionnaire and interview to investigate those students who have attended the program of going abroad or students exchange conducted by Zhejiang University of Science and Technology. According to the symptoms and processes students have suffered in foreign country, the paper then deeply analyzes the factors resulting in different culture shock phenomena of students by using related theories and the U-Curve model; then it tries to seek some effective strategies to alleviate this phenomenon and finally puts forward the existence and unavoidability of the culture shock, thus enables students to have a correct understanding and knowledge of it.
