商业银行发展个人理财业务中存在的问题及对策

摘 要
随着我国金融市场的逐步开放，商业银行的竞争日趋激烈，各家商业银行不断开拓新的业务领域，不再单一地依靠传统的资产、负债业务发展。个人理财业务作为一项风险小、附加值高、领域广、批量多的优质业务，已成为世界备大银行的主要业务之一个人理财业务是商业银行将客户关系管理、资金管理和投资组合管理等融合在一起，向客户提供的综合化、个性化服务。我国商业银行开展个人理财业务的时间不长，但由予我国居民收入和财富增长较快，理财意识不断提高，理财需求日益增加，我国个人理财市场潜力巨大，各家商业银行很重视个人理财业务，纷纷将个人理财业务纳入长期的发展战略，个人理财业务正成为商业银行发展的重点和竞争焦点。
    侧重分析了国内外商业银行个人理财业务的发展现状以及我国商业银行个人理财业务存在的问题，寻求并借鉴国外商业银行个人理财业务的先进经验，探讨解决我国商业银行个人理财业务存在问题的对策，旨在给出建设性的意见和建议，以有助于我国商业银行个人理财业务的持续、稳定、健康发展。

Personal financial services as a small risk, high additional value, wide field, batch and more high-quality service, has become the world's preparing a large bank one of the main business of personal financial services of commercial banks customer relationship management, fund management and portfolio management, together, to provide customers with comprehensive, personalized service. China's commercial banks to develop the personal financial management business of the time not long, but by to income of our country dweller and wealth growth is rapidder, financial awareness rising, financial demand is increasing, China's personal financial market potential is tremendous, commercial banks pay much attention to the personal financial management business, in succession to the personal financial management business into the long-term development strategy, personal financing business has become the focus of the development of commercial banks and the focus of competition.
