浅析我国货币政策的利率传导机制

摘  要

货币政策传导机制是货币政策的核心内容，利率这一宏观工具又是市场经济体制下货币政策的主要传导渠道，因此利率机制的传导是否顺畅将影响着一个国家经济发展的好坏。本文就我国货币政策的利率传导机制的发展作了相关分析。首先，介绍了我国应用利率工具的实践过程并且分析了利率调整对宏观经济的影响；接着通过介绍国外利率传导机制的发展，总结出了我国借鉴国外经验发展我国利率传导机制的方法；然后又结合我国现实情况，深入挖掘出制约我国利率机制传导不畅的宏观和微观因素；最后针对上述制约因素提出了自己对完善我国货币政策利率传导机制的可行性建议和有效措施。

ABSTRACT

The monetary policy conduction mechanism is the monetary policy central content，Interest rate this macroscopic tool is also under the market economy system the monetary policy main conduction channel，therefore the interest rate mechanism's conduction smooth will be affecting a state economy development quality。This article has made the correlation analysis on our country monetary policy's interest rate conduction mechanism's development。First，Introduce our country application interest rate tool's practice process, and analyze the rate adjustment to the macro economic influence；Then through the introduction overseas interest rate conduction mechanism's development, summarize our country to profit from the overseas experience to develop our country interest rate conduction mechanism method；Then unifies our country realistic situation, unearths thoroughly restricts our country interest rate mechanism conduction impedes macroscopic and the microscopic factor；Finally aimed at the above restriction factor to propose oneself to consummated our country monetary policy interest rate conduction mechanism the feasible suggestion and the effective action。
