有色金属行业股利分配问题研究

摘    要
随着有色金属行业的迅猛发展和竞争的日益加剧，如何完善股利分配称为有色金属行业面临的一个重要问题。股利是公司分配给股东的税后收益，反应公司的经营行为和经营成果，不仅影响公司的外在形象，而且与股票价格的波动也存在着密切联系。通过了解国内外有色金属行业的发展状况，明确有色金属行业的股利分配的原则及形式，剖析出有色金属行业股利分配中存在的以下问题，其中包括股利不分配现象依然存在、股利政策缺乏连续性、忽视投资者收益的分配权、股利形式不合理等问题，进而提出从加快产业结构、优化股权结构，保持现金股利稳定支付，增强股利支付信息透明度、政府加强监管制度、健全资本市场建设等方面来完善和健全有色金属行业的股利分配政策。有色金属行业股利分配问题的研究具有理论意义和实际意义。

Abstract
With the rapid development of non-ferrous metal industry and the increasing competition, how to improve the dividend referred to as non-ferrous metals industry is facing an important issue. The dividend is a company's operating company assigned to the after-tax income of the shareholders, the reaction behavior and operating results, not only affects the company's external image, but with the stock price fluctuations there is a close contact. By understanding the development of non-ferrous metal industry at home and abroad, clearly the principles and form of the dividend distribution of non-ferrous metals industry, analyze the following problems in the dividend distribution of nonferrous metals industry, including the dividend does not allocate still exists, dividend policy, lack of continuity, ignoring the distribution rights of the investors' income, dividends in the form unreasonable problem, and then raised from speed up the industrial structure, optimize the equity structure, to maintain the stability of payment of cash dividends, the dividend payment information transparency, the Government to strengthen the regulatory system, the construction of a sound capital market to improving and perfecting the dividend distribution policy of non-ferrous metal industry. Non-ferrous metal industry dividend distribution problems theoretical and practical significance.
