摘 要:
在市场竞争压力的驱使下,一股绩效管理的浪潮正在席卷中国大江南北的企业。绩效考核是现代企业必不可少的管理工具,作为绩效管理中的关键环节,其重要性和必要性已被越来越多的企业所认同。然而,很多企业在进行绩效考核时,面对多而复杂的考核方法,往往莫衷是一。其实,就绩效考核的方法而言,没有优劣之分,只是适用之别,没有适合一切目标的通用考核方法。根据调查和了解,许多企业在员工管理中360度反馈应用较多。360度反馈作为一种重要的人力资源管理工具,要想真正发挥其发展人的作用,还需要从原理上去理解它,做扎实的基础工作和适当的外部资源也是必要的。本文通过案例分析、比较分析以及文献查阅的方法从多个角度诠释360度反馈,通过企业个案来讲解知易难行的360度反馈,在实践中发现360度反馈的优势与缺陷,从而扬长避短,并对其应用提出应用注意问题及易产生的误区,使其在使用过程中更加有效,保证企业绩效考评更加全面、合理。
