信息化时代的挑战与学习型组织的创建


摘  要

  企业组织结构是企业发展和赖以生存的命脉,是企业职能开展和企业组织目标实现的前提,在信息时代,信息技术的迅速发展和传统经济逐步让位于速度经济,在给企业带来机遇的同时也带来了不小的困难,那就是传统的组织模式已很难适应飞速发展的经济了,在这种环境下,必须有新的组织模式挺身而出。学习型组织就是这个时代的产物,它的核心是,如何提升其不断学习和自我更新的能力,它顺应了时代的发展,在提高人类自身的素质的同时来带动企业的发展,以提高企业的运营效率,达到企业的经济目标。本文首先阐述了信息时代对传统组织的冲击,分析了传统组织的弊端,继而提出了应对信息时代的学习型组织,并对学习型组织的构建障碍及应对策略进行了分析。

Abstract
The organization structure is vital to an enterprise’s survival and development. The conduct of an enterprise’s function and the realization of a working goal are based on the organization structure. In such an information time, the rapid development of informative technology and the fact that the speed economy has taken the place of traditional economy bring corporations opportunities as well as difficulties. The traditional organization structure is hard to catch up with the highly development of economy. Thus, a new and suitable organization mode is in great need. The learning organization is the very product of the time. The path of learning organization is how to enhance the enterprise’s ability of learning and updating. Following the present economic environment, learning organization is to bring development of the whole corporation, improve the working efficiency and realize the economical goal while enhance the personal capability. This paper firstly illustrates the impact of information time brings to the traditional organization and analyses the disadvantage of traditional organization, then put forward the concept of learning organization, finally analyses the building of learning organization and the obstacles of  building learning organization.
