国外对华反倾销现状及我国的应对策略

摘要：反倾销逐渐成为各国保护国内产业的一种重要的非关税贸易措施。该贸易保护措施使我国经济尤其是对外贸易蒙受巨大损失,成为我国国际贸易发展的重大障碍。本文从理论和实践的角度研究了国外对华反倾销的现状及我国的应对策略，大体来说，本文分为两部分，第一部分从理论的角度研究了倾销与反倾销，第二部分从实践的角度论述了国外对华反倾销的现状和特点，国外对华频繁反倾销的原因和影响，以及我国的应对策略，为我国应对反倾销提出一些建议。

Foreign anti-dumping situation in china and china’s Countermeasures
 

Abstract: The anti-dumping countries to protect domestic industries gradually become an important non-tariff trade measures. Trade protection measures so that our economy especially the foreign trade suffered huge losses, a major obstacle to development of China's international trade. Studied from the perspective of theory and practice of foreign status of anti-dumping and coping strategies in China, generally speaking, the paper is divided into two parts, first part of the dumping and anti-dumping from a theoretical point of view, the second part from the practical point of view discusses the status and characteristics of the foreign anti-dumping abroad to China frequently anti-dumping the causes and effects, as well as our coping strategies, and offer some suggestions for our response to anti-dumping.
