民族地方高校大学生核心价值体系认同弱化问题及对策研究

摘  要

民族地方高校的大学生对社会主义核心价值体系是否认同， 认同的程度如何，直接影响到我们党培养可靠接班人和维护国家安定团结的问题，对此问题的研究意义重大。当前民族地方高校大学生核心价值体系认同弱化主要表现在社会主义核心价值体系信仰模糊化、边缘化，信仰功利化、世俗化，信仰的个性化、多元化、非理性化、去本土化和“西化”。究其原因主要有新时期社会转型及其市场经济体制变革，苏联解体和东欧剧变及其西方文化冲击、党内腐败等等。文章通过深入剖析民族地方大学生社会主义核心价值体系认同存在的问题，分析大学生对社会主义核心价值体系认同的必要性，从高校教育、社会舆论环境、教育环境等途径努力寻求大学生对社会主义核心价值体系的认同。

On the Countemeasures of on the Problems on the Nationl Local College Students’ Weakening Recognition Core Value System of Socialist
Abstract
Whether national local university students approve of the socialist core value system or not, the extent how the students identifies,which has a direct impact on our party in training  reliable successors, and safeguarding national stability and unity, the research on this problem is significant. The weakness of he core value system of identification for current national local college students mainly manifested in the fuzziness and marginalization to socialist core value system of beliefs,  the utilitarian and  secularization in belief, personalization and diversification and irrationalization and non-indigenization and "westernization" in belief.The reasons mainly include the new era of social transformation and its market economic system reform, the shock from the Soviet Union and drastic changes in eastern europe and the Western culture and corruption in the party. In order to enhance the socialist core value system of education for local college students, local colleges and universities should strengthen the teaching of Marxist theory, and carry out an effective ideological and political work, and take advantage of the facilitatory function of the mass media and other mediators, further reinforce the foundation and full play the guidance of public opinion, strengthen the mental health education to local university students.
