中学德育暴力现象研究

摘要
中学德育是中学教育的一个重要部分。在现实的中学德育实践中，德育的正当性正在失落，德育暴力现象频繁出现，这种暴力现象的根源是现实教育理念的异化、教师素质的不全面和学生权利的遮蔽。践行教育理念、健全教师的人格、完善多层次的教育监督机制，可以有效地杜绝中学德育暴力现象，促进中学德育和谐、健康的发展。

Study on the phenomenon of moral education in middle school’s violence
Abstract
Middle school moral education is an important part of school education. In the reality of middle school moral practice, moral justification is losting, the moral violence phenomenon appears more and more common, this root of phenomenon violence is all because of the realistic education dissimilation and, teachers' quality is not comprehensive and coveries of students' rights. Practicing the educational concept, improve the teachers' personality, perfecting the multi-level educational supervisory mechanism, which can effectively prevent the moral education in middle school violence and also can promote the harmonious, healthy development of moral education in middle school.
