蓬莱市葡萄酒产业发展分析

摘    要
蓬莱作为中国最佳酿酒葡萄产区之一，具有悠久的葡萄种植和葡萄酒生产历史，凭借其优越的自然地理条件，蓬莱市成为“世界七大葡萄海岸”之一。随着中粮长城、天津王朝等大型葡萄酒企业相继在蓬莱建立原料基地和原酒发酵加工厂，蓬莱葡萄酒产业由小到大、由弱到强，成为中国国内葡萄酒产业发展最快的地区。葡萄及葡萄酒产业已经成为蓬莱市的支柱产业之一，为蓬莱的经济发展做出了巨大的贡献。但是由于受多种因素的影响，蓬莱市葡萄酒产业的发展也遇到了诸多瓶颈。为了打破制约葡萄酒产业发展的瓶颈，本文使用数据分析法，通过对葡萄酒市场的各项数据信息进行分析,得出葡萄酒产业的发展现状及存在的不合理因素，为蓬莱市葡萄酒产业发展提供有效的经验及发展指导。并结合搜集到的资料进行历史分析，通过对不同时期、不同地区的葡萄酒产业发展进行比较分析，总结出适合蓬莱市葡萄酒产业发展的模式。

ABSTRACT
As one of the best areas of making wine,Penglai has a long history in growing grape and making wine.By virtue of its superior natural and geographical conditions, Penglai city has become one of  "the world seven grape coasts". While COFCO Great Wall, Tianjin Dynasty wine large enterprises have established the base of raw materials and the original wine fermentation factories in Penglai, the Penglai wine industry developes from small to big,from weak to strong, and has become the fastest developping area in China’s domestic wine industry. Grape and wine industry has become one of the pillar industries in Penglai City,and they also make enormous contribution to Penglai's economic development.But affected by many kinds of factors, the development of wine industry in Penglai city has encountered a lot of bottleneck. To break the restriction of wine industry development bottleneck, using data analysis method, by the wine market of the data analysis,find the wine industry development present situation and the existing unreasonable factors for the Penglai wine industry development to provide effective experience and development direction. Combined with the collected data and analyzing the history, through different periods and different regions of the wine industry development of comparative analysis. summarizes the pattern suit for the Penglai wine industry development.
