山东省教育培训机构的发展问题研究

摘    要
随着经济高速发展，人们需要不断学习充电以适应知识经济的需要，于是教育培训机构应运而生，教育的触角延伸到社会各阶层的各个方面，它的服务范围从幼儿园到老年人，可以满足一个人不同人生阶段的不同教育需求。因此教育培训成为中国教育事业的重要组成部分。但中国教育培训机构起步较晚，经验不足，在市场竞争中缺乏指导，相关的研究也比较缺乏。山东省教育培训机构目前正面临着较好的发展机遇，但是威胁和劣势也是很明显的。如何在激烈的市场竞争中运用合理的发展抓住机遇，提升发展空间，成为教育培训机构亟待解决的严峻问题。如何根据自身的实际情况充分发挥自身的优势进行市场竞争，就成为教育培训需要认真考虑的策略问题。因此，本文通过对山东培训机构的行业环境进行分析，基于山东省教育培训机构目前存在的问题及其成因，对山东省教育培训机构的发展思路和策略进行了深入研究和探讨，并结合所学经济学知识，对其提出了自己的观点。

Along with the rapid economic development,and people need to keep learning charge in order to adapt to the knowledge economy needs,and education training institutions arises at the historic moment,education tentacles extended to various social each aspect,it service range from kindergarten kindergarten to old people, can satisfy a different life stages of education demand. So education training China education become an important part of the cause.But China's education training institutions start later, experience, in market competition to be lack of direction, the related research is lacking. Shandong province education training agencies are now faced with good opportunities for development, but also is very obvious threat and disadvantages. How in the fierce competition in the market using reasonable development seize the opportunity, promote development space, become education training institutions of the severe problems to be solved. How according to own actual situation give full play to its advantages in the market competition, become education training need to seriously consider strategy problem.Therefore, this article through to Shandong training organization's industry environment to carry on the analysis, Shandong province education training institutions based on the existing problems and the causes of Shandong education training organization's development way of thinking and strategies of further research and discussion, and unifies studies the economic knowledge, the presented their views.
